Terms & Conditions:

• Requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance, either in writing or through the online form.
• Requests submitted with less notice are subject to availability and a 50% surcharge on the applicable rate.
• Any cancellation must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance, either in writing or through the online form.
• Cancellations received with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a charge equivalent to one hour of service.
• Services provided by external contractors are subject to their availability, policies, and pricing schedules.
• A minimum billing period of 30 minutes applies.
• Martinhal Residences shall not be held liable for any damages arising from services provided by external contractors.
• All services are available between 09:00 and 18:00.
• All valuable, fragile, or sentimental items should be safely secured before and during the provision of the service. We recommend using the in-residence safe for the storage of valuable belongings.
• During the provision of any service, Martinhal Residences reserves the right to replace the assigned technician without prior notice.
• All staff members are required to exercise the utmost care in preserving residents’ property. In the event of damage proven to have resulted from a deliberate act during the provision of the service, the liability of Martinhal Residences shall be limited to the amount charged for that specific service.
• Equipment and materials are not included.
• Rates, as well as these terms and conditions, are subject to change without prior notice.
